Two 14-year-olds from Kingston are facing charges following a vehicle collision on Hwy. 15 on Saturday.
Frontenac OPP say a car crashed on Hwy. 15 near Leo Lake Road shortly after 5:30 p.m. and ended up catching fire.
The youths who were seen leaving the scene were located by a Leeds OPP officer assisting in the investigation.
The driver is facing dangerous driving, possession of stolen property, failure to remain and driving a vehicle without a licence charges.
The second youth is facing possession of stolen property charges.
Both were released and will appear in Kingston court on January 22.
