The Reeve of Stone Mills Township is returning as Lennox and Addington County Warden for 2019.
County council held their inaugural meeting on Wednesday and Eric Smith was acclaimed.
Smith began his political career in 2006 as a councillor in Stone Mills and was recently elected Reeve of Stone Mills.
He said his priorities for the next year include social housing, homelessness and the county’s financial pressures.
