Stolen vehicle
On December 12, 2018 at 11:48 a.m. Belleville Police took a report of a stolen vehicle. Police were advised that on December 11 at 8:45 p.m. the vehicle was taken from 68 Dundas Street West. The vehicle is described as a Black Dodge Journey, licence plate CBYF 805. The vehicle also has two racing stickers in the back window. Belleville Police are asking anyone who sees the vehicle or who has information regarding the theft to call 613-966-0882 or call Crime Stoppers.
Arrested on warrants
On December 12 at 9 p.m. Belleville Police were called to a Tracey Park Drive address regarding two females fighting. Police separated the two females, and upon speaking with the man who called in, police learned that he was wanted on an outstanding warrant for theft and failing appear to court. A 37-year-old Belleville man was arrested and held for a bail hearing.
Three day licence suspension
On December 12, 2018 at 11:09 p.m., Belleville Police were called to a North Front Street business regarding a possible impaired driver. Police located the vehicle across the road at a nearby hotel. A 37-year-old male from Alberta was issued a 3-day licence suspension.
