A local school board has named their Chair and Vice-Chair to their board of trustees.
The Peterborough Victoria Northumberland and Clarington Catholic School Board, which covers Brighton and Trent Hills, has named Michelle Griepsma from Lindsay as the Chair, Vice-Chair is Northumberland trustee David Bernier.
Griepsma is the Vice-President of the Ontario Catholic Schools Trustees Association, while Bernier has been a board chair, and a trustee for 12 years.
In the most recent municipal election, all seven members of the Board of Trustees were acclaimed to their seats.
