Construction activity in the City of Belleville was a little slower last month than in November of last year but overall this year has been a little busier so far than in 2017.
Last month, 51 building permits including 16 for new residential units, were issued in Belleville with a value of just over 6.5 million dollars.
In November of last year there was 9.1 million dollars worth of construction approved in the city.
However, so far this year permits valued at 110.7 million dollars worth of construction have been approved which is a little more than in the first 11 months of 2017 when it totalled 106.3 million.
So far this year in Belleville 199 permits have been issued for new residential units.
