If you believe you’d be eligible for a Christmas food hamper in the Belleville area this year, you’d better
act fast.
The deadline to register for the Christmas Sharing Program is tomorrow (Friday) at 4 p.m.
Co-ordinator of the program Pam Smith says almost 1,300 people have registered so far, adding she wouldn’t
be surprised if more people register than did last year.
Almost 1,400 people received Christmas hampers in 2017.
To register you’ll need identification, your children’s ID and some official statement of income such as a pay stub.
The Christmas Sharing Program office is on the second floor of Century Village in downtown Belleville.
