A major housing development is in the works for the town of Campbellford.
According to a report in Northumberland News, Trent Hills council received information
from a consultant last week about preliminary plans for over 200 houses and an apartment building
proposed for the west side of Campbellford.

If approved, the developers say it would be a phased build-out and could take over 10 years
