Just a few short months ago, Belleville Transit made national headlines with their bus hailing app.
Belleville Manager of Transit Services, Paul Buck says it has been incredibly successful to the point where he has a new problem to contend with.

He says combined in October and November, they’ve seen a 300 per cent increase in ridership because of the app.

Prior to the app being launched Buck said there was a moderate to average use of the service but the app changed that completely.
Buck says it’s so convenient and easy to use that people are doing just that.
The bus hailing service only works with their late night bus.
