Mother nature decided to grace us with some cold weather this past week.
In fact, there were three days in a row when the temperature record was broken.
On Wednesday it got down to -14.6 C, Thursday -15.5 C, and Friday -16 C.
In some cases records were broken by 3 to 4 degrees C.
The average high for this time of year is 5 C, the low about -3 C.
Weather will continue to be inconsistent, as we will get up to an inch (15-25 mm) of a rain, snow and freezing rain mix Monday.
