There is a vigil Sunday afternoon in Belleville, as part of a campaign to protect our women and girls.
#HearMeToo is part of the UN’s 16 Days of Activism to End Violence against Women & Girls.
The campaign is called Orange The World Campaign.
GRANquinte is organizing the vigil, which gets underway at 4:00 pm at Belleville City Hall.
