Hastings, Lennox and Addington MPP Daryl Kramp is looking for input from area residents.
He tweeted last night, the Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry has opened public consultations for the creation of a double-crested cormorant hunting season.
He says they are abundant and pesty in Ontario.
The consultation is open until January 3.
