Frank Vitucci had a three point night as he led the way for the Wellington Dukes last night.
The Dukes were taking on Lindsay and jumped out to a two goal lead enroute to a 4-1 win.
Wellington led 2-0 after one period and 3-1 after 40 minutes of play.
The Trenton Golden Hawks were also in action as they were taking the Toronto Jr Canadians at the Duncan Memorial.
Toronto jumped out to a three goal lead and held a 3-1 lead at the end of 20 minutes.
They then led 5-2 after two periods and despite a two goal third period for the Golden Hawks they couldn’t complete the comeback as they fell 5-4.
Special teams were a major part of the game as there were four power play goals scored during the game.
In other local hockey action Napanee defeated Clarington 6-1.
