A Picton business is continuing to “back the build” of a new hospital in Prince Edward County.
The owners of Picton Home Hardware have donated $5,000 to the Prince Edward County Memorial Hospital Foundation, with funds raised from a special customer appreciation event back in October, as well as recent electronics recycling events.
Two hundred and ten ticket holders took part in the event which featured in-store specials, games and a 50/50 draw.
Picton Home Hardware has now donated more than $9,300 to the Back The Build Campaign and more than $36,200 to the PECMHF since 2010.
