Napanee OPP have made an arrest and are looking for a second suspect, after a break-in at an area development site, earlier this month.
Owners of the Gibbard District development were notified by surveillance video on site, that two men had gotten onto the property, around 12:30 p.m. on November 6.
Police couldn’t locate anyone that day, but were able to use the surveillance footage to identify one man and arrested 39-year-old Ryan Melko earlier this week.
He’s charged with break and enter with intent to commit an indictable offence and breach of probation.
Officers are trying to identify the second person involved and have released a photo.
