A Stirling-Rawdon man has been charged after reports of a possible impaired driver backing into another vehicle in a parking lot.
Central Hastings OPP were called to the Madoc Medical Centre just after 3 p.m. yesterday, after reports of a car hitting another parked vehicle outside of the St. Lawrence Street East building.
Police located the driver in the building and charged the 48-year-old with driving with more than 80 milligrams of alcohol in his blood and breaching recognizance.
William Tracey was given a 90 day licence suspension and his vehicle was impounded.
