The October building numbers are in from Prince Edward County.
Chief Building Official Andy Harrison says 102 permits were issued at a total value of more than $10.4 million.
That brings year-to-date construction value totals to 813 permits worth more than $83.1 million.
That’s down from last year’s totals when 866 permits had been issued at a value of more than $106 million, by the end of October 2017.
