There was a head on collision in the northeast part of urban Belleville last (Monday) night.
City police report the collision occurred on Cannifton Road near Byron Street a little before 10 o’clock.
One driver suffered minor head injuries and was taken to BGH for treatment.
Both vehicles were heavily damaged and had to be towed from the scene.
A 42-year-old Belleville woman was charged with failing to yield from a private drive.
