A project submitted by a local group is the winner of the Kraft Heinz Project Play on TSN.
During Sunday afternoon’s half time show between the Toronto Argonauts and the Montreal Allouettes, Jamie Duthie of TSN announced the Field of Ability as the winning project for $250,000.
Out of more than 1,000 submissions, the upgrades to one of the Parkdale ball diamonds was the top vote getter.
It came down to four different submissions, and live on television Duthie announced Belleville as the winning project.

The Field of Ability was a submission by Sarah Collins to have a ball field that is fully accessible to all who want to play, regardless of physical or mental limitations.
