A report is expected within the next month or so as to what to do about the spalling concrete on the Bridge Street bridge.
Rod Bovay, Director of Engineering and Development Services for the City of Belleville says a consultant is currently looking at the structure.
He says while the analysis is ongoing the two outer most lanes on each side of the bridge will remain closed until a plan of action can be put into place.
