Central Hastings OPP have opened a child luring investigation after an incident in Tweed last weekend.
Investigators say a man had stopped in a driveway on Crookston Road, around 7:30 p.m. last Saturday and tried to lure a young boy into the vehicle.
No injuries were reported and the child didn’t get into the car.
The suspect is described as a white man, between 30 and 40 years old, with an average build, short brown hair and no facial hair.
Police say he spoke English and may have been wearing a grey Roots hoodie.
He was driving a dark four-door sedan with black leather and white stitching on the seats.
