The City of Belleville is celebrating the completion of the downtown core on Thursday evening.
The celebration will begin at 5 p.m. on Front Street, south of Bridge Street.
There will be food, fun and entertainment provided by The Fiddleheads.
The party runs until 7 o’clock.
