A Brighton man will be sentenced in March after pleading guilty to fraud and breach of trust charges in a Cobourg courtroom Monday.
Forty-year-old Michael Nicholson was charged in June after complaints from two non-profit organizations in January.
They were the Presqu’ile Lighthouse Preservation Society and the Brighton Auxiliary Rescue Unit.
It has been widely reported that at least $55,000 had gone missing from the lighthouse society’s accounts.
Nicholson returns to court March 4.
