Charges have been laid against an Ottawa man, after an arrest in Quinte West Sunday night.
Around 9:30 pm, the OPP were called to a disturbance at a local motel.
46 year old Marco Palazzi has been charged with five counts of breach of recognizance and obstructing a peace officer.
Palazzi is in court in Belleville Monday
