The Prince Edward Fitness and Aquatic Centre calls their latest report a success.
Representatives will appear in front of council today (Thursday) at Shire Hall to give council an update into operations at the facility.
According to the report, 70% of the priorities set for this four year period ending in 2019 have been achieved and 10% are ongoing.
The number of users of the facility is up to 5,000 and 90% of the operational costs can be covered by revenues.
There has been over $410,000 invested in facility improvements and short-term as well as annual memberships have increased by 27%.
The majority of users of the PEFAC are 56 and older, representing 53% of users.
Next steps include moving the cardio room to the main level and increasing program capacity.
