On October 7, 2018 at approximately 3:36 a.m., officers from the Quinte West Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a single motor vehicle collision involving an off-duty OPP officer. The vehicle he was operating left the roadway and struck a fence on Radeski Street, in the City of Quinte West.
Provincial Constable Allan Howard DETLOR, a 13-year member currently serving in Quinte West in East Region was charged with:
Driving while Ability Impaired and with
Driving with more than 80 mgs of Alcohol in Blood and with
Obstruct Peace Officer
The officer is assigned to administrative duties.
The accused is scheduled to appear at the Belleville Ontario Court of Justice on October 25, 2018.
No injuries were reported resulting from the crash
This is the second crash Detlor’s allegedly been involved in.
