A Toronto man has been charged following an incident early Wednesday morning on Dundas Street West near the Bay Bridge.
Around 1:45 a.m., Belleville Police received a call about a male yelling in that area.
Officers located him on the roof of a Dundas Street West business where he threw what appeared to be a handgun off the roof.
After some negotiation, the male came down and was arrested.
The handgun turned out to be a replica pellet gun.
Twenty-six-year-old Joshua Gordon is charged with two counts of Breach of Probation, possession of a weapon while prohibited and weapons dangerous.
Further investigation revealed that the male was also wanted in Peel Region and Peterborough for various offences.
He was held for a bail hearing today.
