Belleville Police made an arrest on a man in a domestic assault incident Saturday.
The call for service was initiated via 911 where the Belleville Police Service dispatcher heard a man threaten a woman.
Investigation revealed that the woman was assaulted.
Officers promptly arrested the man for assault, uttering threats and breach of probation which stemmed from previous incidents involving the same victim.
He was held for a show cause hearing.
