There was a bit of a back up on the Norris-Whitney Bridge this afternoon.
Police, EMS and firefighters responded to the south side, during the lunch hour, to reports of a person in the water.
Northbound traffic was held up as emergency responders dealt with the situation.
No other details have been released and traffic was moving around 1:00 p.m.
