A Tudor and Cashel Township man will spend more time in jail on break and enter and arson charges after a fire at an abandoned house near Bannockburn in Madoc Township late last April.
Last month, 32-year-old Eugene Dobratz was sentenced to two years in jail and two years of probation, and must give a DNA sample.
Dobratz had already been in jail for 135 days prior to being sentenced.
OPP reported someone had broken into a house and stolen some cash and shoes.
A few hours later, a fire was deliberately set nearby at an abandoned house, which burned to the ground.
