The Belleville General Hospital Foundation has a new Executive Director.
He is Steve Cook, who comes from Great Britain where he was Head of Corporate Partnerships at St. Luke’s Cheshire Hospital.
Cook replaces retiring interim Executive Director Heather Smith.
Meanwhile, the annual Foundation gala held last weekend raised $220,000 for priority medical equipment.
The Belleville General Hospital Foundation commits to raising 2 million dollars a year for new equipment and technology.
