A Cramahe Township man is facing multiple charges after a traffic stop early Sunday morning.
Central Hastings OPP were patrolling on Mormora-Stirling Road in Stirling-Rawdon when another vehicle rapidly came upon the cruiser.
The officer stopped the vehicle and found 34-year-old Nicholas Gerrier in possession of unmarked cigarettes.
He’s also facing charges of impaired driving and driving with more than 80 mgs of alcohol in his blood.
Gerrier received a 90-day licence suspension and his vehicle was impounded for seven days.
He’ll appear in court on October 11.
