A 24-year-old Quinte West man found himself in an awkward situation on Sunday night.
OPP officers found themselves called to the area of Water and Nicholas Streets for a man stuck in a storm drain.
When officers arrived they found the man naked in the storm drain.
He explained he had entered the storm drain on a bet and his friends had fled the scene taking his clothes with them.
Officers removed the man from the storm drain and subsequently charged him with being intoxicated in public and trespassing.
The man was unhurt in the incident.
