A Belleville woman was charged after someone stole a car from a commercial parking lot in the north end of the city.
The vehicle’s owner had left the keys in the ignition and someone drove it away.
The car was later spotted by police on Craig Street.
Susan Hannah, 36, was charged and appears in court next month.
