Property owners in downtown Belleville continue to sign up for the city’s incentive program to fix up the facades of their buildings.
At its meeting Monday, council will see recommendations that grants be given to four downtown property owners for facade improvements.

The grants from the city would total $65,000 for the four properties while the total value of the work proposed would be almost $250,000.
