Tomorrow (Friday) is National Hunger Awareness Day and Belleville Mayor Taso Christopher and Bay of Quinte MPP Todd Smith will be going where not many people get to go.
They will be taking a tour of Gleaner’s Food Bank as a way to see that hunger is not just a Belleville issue before they begin the MPP Sort.
Susanne Quinlan, Director of Operations says they begin the MPP Food Sort Day with a tour of the site to help dispel some myths about what they do.

The MPP Food Sort runs from 9 a.m. until noon.
