Just a couple of days after we set a new high temperature record, the Quinte region has done it again.
According to readings taken by Environment Canada at CFB Trenton, the temperature yesterday (Tuesday) reached 28.9 degrees.
The previous record for a September 18 was set just last year when the temperature reached 28.1 degrees.
The lowest temperature on Sept. 18 was set in 1990 at 0.4 degrees.
