An 86-year-old Belleville man has been charged with criminal harassment and breaching a peace bond after complaints from a woman that she was being stalked.
The Belleville woman made the complaint about a man following her around in a truck last Sunday.
City police arrested Donald Frederick Quibell last (Tuesday) evening.
The suspect appears in court later this month.
