In advance of the municipal election next month, Belleville staff are making sure their vote counting equipment is accurate.
Beginning on Thursday morning, they will be conducting logic and accuracy testing.
This testing is open to candidates and the public for viewing says Matt MacDonald, the Director of Corporate Services for the City of Belleville.
The testing will begin at 9 a.m. in the Sir Mckenzie Bowell Room on the third floor of City Hall.
MacDonald says he expects the testing to continue through the day Thursday, and a portion of Friday, September 21, if required.
