A 35-year-old man is headed to court following a break and enter incident Saturday morning.
At 10 a.m., Belleville Police attended Quinte Secondary School after getting a report of an alarm.
Upon arrival, officers searched the building and found a man hiding in one of the rooms. They promptly arrested him.
While being searched, officers located a small quantity of methamphetamine on him.
Adam Brownson was charged with break and enter, possession of break-in instruments, mischief and possession of a schedule one substance, contrary to the Controlled Drugs and Substance Act.
He was released from custody with a court date set for October 18.
