There is a slowdown on the 401 in Belleville Wednesday morning.
Around 9:30 a.m., emergency crews were called to the westbound lanes of the highway, where a tractor trailer had a blown tire which caught fire.
The smoke and flames have been extinguished, however there still could be a slowdown in the area.
The slowdown is in the westbound lanes between Highway 62 and the Sidney Street overpass.
