A Tyendinaga Township woman will stand trial early next year in relation to horses running at large last May.
OPP had charged 70-year-old Charlotte Bright with 2 counts of mischief and later one count of breach of recognizance.
OPP, the Ontario SPCA and others had been involved when horses were found to be roaming free on and around Blessington Road last spring.
The trial is scheduled for January 14 in Napanee court.
