A townhouse development is planned for west end Belleville.
Belleville’s Planning Advisory Committee will see an application for rezoning at 240 Yeomans Street.
The rezoning would allow for three storey townhome blocks containing a total of 62 dwelling units.
The Planning Committee meets at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday in council chambers.
