Charges have been laid against a Belleville man, following an assault in The County Wednesday.
Just before 10 p.m., Prince Edward OPP were called to a trailer park in Hallowell Township.
After their investigation, it was determined a man had assaulted a woman.
Spousal assault, resisting a peace officer, and assault a peace officer charges were laid against the 41-year-old.
He has a bail hearing Thursday.
