It’s an event that marks the passing of summer in the Quinte region.
The 197th edition of the Quinte Exhibition, known to most as the Belleville fair, opens
to the public at 4 o’clock Thursday afternoon and will close Sunday night with the demolition
derby at the grandstand.
President of the Belleville Agricultural Society Rick Caddick says there will be no surprises.
There will be agricultural and food exhibits, musical entertainment and of course the midway.
