Belleville city council will decide whether several infrastructure projects will move ahead at its meeting this afternoon (Monday).
Staff is recommending contractor Gordon Barr Ltd. replace watermains on parts of Reid and Jones Streets at a cost of almost $728,000 plus tax.
There are also recommendations regarding detail design work for Sidney Street corridor improvements, the supply and installation of playground equipment in Boyd Park, and the building of a picnic shelter plus landscaping at West Riverside Park.
Belleville council meets at 4 o’clock this afternoon at city hall.
