A Picton man faces two spousal assault and one animal cruelty charge after a domestic incident yesterday (Wednesday) morning.
Prince Edward County OPP responded shortly before 9 o’clock to a residence on Washburn Street where a man and young woman had been involved in an altercation.
After investigation, police charged a 28-year-old man.
A dog was found in the residence.
The man appears in Picton court September 26.
