A 22-year-old Belleville man has been charged with committing an indecent act after an incident Tuesday night.
Belleville police received a report of a male exposing himself in front of a father and his two young children at around 8:30.
The suspect ran away but the father chased him and kept him in sight until police arrived.
The incident occurred in the area of Lemoine Street.
