It was a dream week on Dream Lake north-east of Napanee as Canada hosted the World Barefoot Ski championships for the first time.
Prince Edward’s Becky Moynes Meyer won a bronze medal with a personal best jump of 13.7 Moynes-Meyer finished 5th overall.
The event saw six world records either broken or tied. International Waterski and Wakeboard Federation President Jose Antonio Perez Priego says the skiing was amazing and conditions at Dream Lake were perfect. He called it one of the best World Championships ever.
