A 35-year-old man was rushed to hospital in Kingston early Saturday afternoon after being thrown from the motorcycle he was driving.
Social media reports on Scan-Quinte, confirmed by the OPP, say the accident occurred on Shannonville Road in the area of Thrasher Road.
Firefighters, OPP and EMS paramedics responded.
Meanwhile, shortly after one o’clock, paramedics were again called to the same location. This time it was reported a female was suffering from an illness. Firefighters were still on scene.
It wasn’t immediately clear whether that incident had anything to do with the previous motorcycle mishap.
