Colin James fans will want to be in Brighton in September.
Colin James and his band will be rocking the stage on Friday evening, September 28th in the upper ball diamond at King Edward Park as part of the 44th annual Brighton Applefest festivities.
In his announcement Mark Rashotte stated that “Empire Productions is pleased to be back and to bring one of the premier Canadian rock and blues acts to the area. Colin James has a new album which is being released the week before Applefest, so we are thrilled to have him back when he is on the top of his game.”
The performance comes a week after his new album Miles to Go is released.
“Brighton’s Applefest Committee is very excited to partner again with Empire Productions and we feel that Colin James playing on the Friday night of Applefest will prove to be best Applefest event we’ve ever had,” said Applefest Chair Christine Waterhouse. “We also thank the Province of Ontario for providing funds from the Celebrate Ontario Grant Program.”

Lawn chairs are permitted, doors will open at 6 PM and the concert starts at 7:30 PM. Opening acts will be announced closer to the concert’s date.
